Metaphors allow the subconscious mind to make changes easily.  It is very important for the individual practicing the art of self-hypnosis to know how to utilize every day items as metaphors, or specialized images designed for change. 

This program takes the individual to the Interactive Self-Hypnosis Workshop © where an actual class is taught on metaphor development by the Inner Coaches.  All teaching is accomplished in actual hypnosis, thereby planting the suggestions for learning directly into the subconscious library.  In the future the practitioner of self-hypnosis finds the exact metaphor  needed for hypnotic application in an effortless manner.
