SKIDLKit
SKIDLkit is a toolkit written at the San Diego
Supercomputer Center, Knowledge and Information Discovery
Laboratory (SKIDL). It was designed with the intention of
simplifying the selection of key features (variables) in
high-dimensional datasets in a data mining context.
D2K
D2K - Data to Knowledge is a rapid, flexible data mining
and machine learning system developed by ALG at NCSA that
integrates analytical data mining methods for prediction,
discovery, and deviation detection, with data and
information visualization tools.
Kepler
Scientific Workflow System
Kepler is a dynamic cross-project cross-institution
collaboration bringing together several large-scale NSF/ITR
projects (GEON, SEEK, ROADNet), the DOE/SciDAC SDM
project, and several other projects including EOL (Encylopedia
of Life) and Research Surge Enabled by
Cyberinfrastructure (Resurgence) to develop an open
source scientific workflow system on top of the
well-established, extensible Ptolemy II system and Java
API’s. Kepler Scientific Workflow System is an emerging
system that allows scientists from various domains
(bioinformatics, cheminformatics, ecoinformatics,
geoinformatics, astrophysics, ...) to design and execute
scientific workflows.
